The City Skyline

The city skyline in Brisbane is simply beautiful, but by night, when it is gloriously illuminated in a plethora of lights, is even better. Its gorgeous. It honestly has me mesmerized. I feel I could lay on the grass down by the river watching the sun slip away over the horizon, to then see the lights from all the offices, pop up one by one, forever. The way they sparkle like precious little diamonds and reflect off the water is perfect. I love everything about it.... The way the colorful lights from the cars, bridges and buildings dot the sky. The way the streetlamp pours light over the trees which spills onto the pavement and grass. The way couples laze sweetly in each-others arms whispering and giggling to each other. The soft hum of passing traffic, clinking glasses from busy bars and children running. It reminds you the city is alive and buzzing.
